Job Description

- The ideal Generative AI Developer will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning, with a specific focus on generative models
- As a Generative AI Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying generative AI models to create innovative solutions and enhance our product offerings, customer, dealer and employee experience
- This role is responsible for researching and implementing state-of-the-art generative models and collaborating closely with data scientists, AI engineers, and other cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions
- This work will involve developing and fine-tuning models, conducting effective search and summary, and evaluating model performance to ensure high-quality outputs
- The Generative AI Developer will also stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI, machine learning, and deep learning, ensuring that our methodologies and tools remain cutting-edge
- The ability to communicate findings and insights through reports, presentations, and demonstrations will be essential in driving informed decision-making and showcasing the potential of generative AI within the organization

- Research, design, and implement state-of-the-art generative AI model based solutions

- Your Experience And Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field
- Minimum 7+yrs of relevant experience
- Proven experience as an AI Developer or in a similar role, with a focus on generative models
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and experience with deep learning frameworks (e g, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Strong knowledge of generative models (e g, GANs, VAEs, autoregressive models) and their applications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field
- Proven experience as an AI Developer or in a similar role, with a focus on generative models
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and experience with deep learning frameworks (e g, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Strong knowledge of generative models (e g, GANs, VAEs, autoregressive models) and their applications
- Experience with data preprocessing, model training, and hyperparameter tuning
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
