With a strong footprint across languages and platforms, we are constantly expanding our sales force to engage more with clients and agencies. Role Overview: We are looking for dynamic, driven, and well-connected professional for Network Sales role across regional and national markets. The role will be focus on storytelling-led selling, strategic relationships, and performance delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Drive advertising revenue growth across Republic Bangla. - Own end-to-end sales cycles – prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing, and servicing. - Build and maintain strong relationships with media agencies, planners, and direct clients across industries. - Translate brands need innovative and contextual storytelling-led solutions leveraging the strength of the Republic network. - Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor offerings to position the network as the preferred media partner. - Work cross-functionally with Content, Editorial, Branded Content, Research, and Traffic teams to ensure seamless delivery. - Deliver against monthly and quarterly revenue targets. - Represent Republic Media Network at industry events, meetings, and forums - Look after corporate sales retail sales. Key Requirements: - 4–10 years of experience in broadcast / digital ad sales with strong client and agency network. - Exceptional communication and storytelling skills in English and relevant regional language. - Strong understanding of the competitive media landscape and audience insights. - Proven track record of consultative selling and solution-based approach. - High energy, self-driven, and goal-oriented attitude. - Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM tools.
