Job Description

We have an opening for Security Engineer with a NBFC.

Location: Mumbai

The associate will be in charge of helping to find, assess, test, and apply security controls in relation to new or enhanced security technologies, procedures, and solutions in order to improve the organization&aposs overall security posture.

Overall, three to ten years of relevant expertise in assessing, designing, organising, presenting, and putting into practice enterprise security solutions.

Knowledge of the cloud platforms Azure, AWS, and GCP is required.

ALB, WAF, NGFW, and other cloud security technologies should be able to be designed and implemented.

All top cloud platforms&apos intrinsic cloud security features should be implemented with expertise.

Significant management and domain experience in planning, designing, architecting, and implementing technical and operational controls and solutions that are appropriate for the risks in the prevent, detect, respond, and anticipate domains is required.

Must possess extensive expertise in completing large-scale, mission-critical projects on schedule and within budget.

Should possess sound experience, understanding and knowledge of security operations, processes and various security technologies e.g. NGFW, NGIPS, HIPS, WAF, Malware Protection & Anti-APT/Sandboxing, Endpoint Security, EDR, NAC, A.D., Adaptive Authentication, 2FA, Remote access VPN,SSO, IDAM, PIM, Web/email gateway security, USB storage controls, VAPT & Patch Mgmt., Secure Configuration & Hardening, Wireless Security, WIPS, Encryption data at rest & data in transit (Site to site VPN, IPSec, PKI, SSL, etc.), Data Masking, Rights Management, MDM, DLP, Secure File Mgmt., Anti-phishing & Anti-rouge app, SIEM & Log monitoring, FIM, DAM, SOC processes & Security Incident Management etc.

Should have solid awareness of cloud security requirements.

The ability to employ emerging security technologies, such as machine learning, analytics, blockchain, etc., and a solid grasp of the most recent information security technologies are essential.

An in-depth understanding of IT infrastructure and networking technologies and operations is essential, as is familiarity with frameworks, standards, best practices such as ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, OWASP, SANS, and others, as well as IT operating procedures.

Needs solid knowledge and comprehension of networking, IT infrastructure, apps, databases, etc.
