Role Description Co-founder (Investment, Marketing & Distribution) This is a full-time, hybrid leadership role based in Mumbai, with flexibility for partial remote collaboration. The Co-founder will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's growth trajectory, focusing on marketing, distribution, and strategic investments. Responsibilities include developing and executing go-to-market strategies, identifying and capitalizing on new growth opportunities, building and managing key partnerships, and overseeing sales and revenue goals. The role also involves contributing to fundraising efforts, managing investor relations, and collaborating closely with the leadership team to scale the business while fostering innovation, operational excellence, and strong brand positioning. Qualifications Proven experience in Marketing and Sales with a strong track record of driving business growth Strong analytical and research abilities to support data-backed decision-making Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining partnerships Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness and capacity to contribute financially as a co-founder Solid understanding of digital marketing tools, trends, and performance-driven strategies Leadership experience in a startup or high-growth environment is advantageous Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred Investment Requirement Digital Berries is currently seeking an investment of 3040 lakhs to accelerate expansion, strengthen operations, and support the next phase of growth towards the company's 100 crore vision
