Job Description We are looking for a smart, bold & passionate Ecommerce Business Finance Manager with preferably 2+ years of work experience in any ecommerce startup. You will be working directly with the founder Our Story We are trying to solve India's health with natural products. We are a fast-growing D2C Natural Personal care brand founded in 2021. We currently have 80+ products, all natural, Customer base of 1 Mn+ We are top sellers in a lot of categories on Amazon India, Amazon USA, Flipkart, Myntra Bootstrapped and growing at 100%+ y-o-y. Founder's profile - Amit Agrawal (IIM Calcutta, CA) - 5 years at Scaling Unicorn startups (Directly build businesses of 100mn$+ with exposure in Finance, Tech and Gaming) - Motilal Agrawal - ICWA - 20+ years of Operations & Finance We are 50+ member team with 45 folks in our Plant in Odisha. We are building a business team in Gurgaon which currently has 5 people. Roles & Responsibilities - Margin improvement across the business by cost reduction & optimizations - GST Compliance - GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B data preparation, APOB Addition, Export Refunds - Company related compliance - Both Indian and US Company - FSSAI Related compliances - Handle TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliance matters - Vendor Management - Look at Sourcing of products & Negotiation with vendors Qualifications - 25 years of experience in Accounts, Export & Corporate compliances - Experience with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, Myntra, 1mg, Tata Cliq, etc.) - Knowledge of GST filing is a must - 1+ years of experience managing Ecommerce brands & online channels. - Any degree :).
