Key Responsibilities: - Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics for various platforms, including static images, infographics, presentations, and other print/digital design elements essential for our content. - Visual Enhancements: Design and prepare necessary graphic assets, titles, and visual effects (including light motion graphics) to support marketing and video content. - Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to develop visual concepts and ensure all output maintains consistency with our brand messaging and visual identity. - Design Integrity: Ensure all final design files are accurately prepared for various output needs (web, print, social media). - Trends & Innovation: Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in graphic design, visual communication, and typography, bringing fresh ideas and techniques to our projects. Education/Skill Requirements: - Preferably have a Degree & Diploma in PGDM/Mass Communication Degree/Diploma or any Bachelor from a Government-recognized institution. - A minimum of 3-4 years of professional experience in graphic design and visual communication. - Must be fluent in English and Hindi. - Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects). - Strong knowledge of design principles, color theory, visual storytelling, and typography. - Excellent creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative design ideas. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
