we are looking for a Game Designer to help shape the future of hybrid casual & Puzzle games.
What You'll Do
- Conceptualize & design original game ideas that can become global hits.
- Develop engaging mechanics & levels for hybrid casual/hypercasual audiences.
- Collaborate with artists & developers to craft seamless gameplay.
- Balance game economies to drive fun & monetization.
- Strategize creative ads & marketable hooks.
- Stay ahead of industry trends & refine designs based on player feedback.
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years in game design (hybrid casual, puzzle preferred).
- Strong ideation & conceptualization skills.
- Passion for addictive, fun, player-first experiences.
- Problem-solving creativity + team collaboration.
- Unity knowledge (plus), puzzle design experience (big plus), color theory eye (bonus).
