Inviting applications for the role of Record to report Responsibilities .Handling Balance Sheet Accounts reconciliations of different regions. .Adhere to the Month/Quarter-end deadliness. .Preparation of Amortization schedule. .Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual work. .Participate in continuous improvement/ transformation initiatives. .Coordinate, analyses and facilitate resolution of issues .Ensure financial controls compliance, providing samples and evidence to the auditor. Qualifications we seek in you Minimum qualifications .Graduate in B.Com .Experience of handling activities of RTR month end close .Experience of posting journal entries in SAP. .Basic knowledge of Excel, Vlookup, formulaes, etc. .Customer centric mindset, ability to challenge status quo .Good time management skills. .Good analytical skills and attention to detail. .Knowledge of Contract/Portfolio Management . Preferred qualifications .Basic knowledge of SAP .Excellent communication, influencing, interpersonal skills .Good Knowledge of Excel .MS - Office .Flexibility to work on any shift Why join Genpact .
