Job Description Job Description Job Title: SailPoint IdentityNow Engineer Location: Remote / Onsite (depending on organization) Employment Type: Full-time or Contract ________________________________________ Role Overview The SailPoint IdentityNow Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions using SailPoint IdentityNow. This role ensures secure and efficient identity and access management processes that align with organizational goals and compliance requirements. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities - Implementation & Configuration o Deploy and configure SailPoint IdentityNow solutions. o Develop and maintain connectors for provisioning/de-provisioning user access. o Configure workflows, rules, and policies to support business processes and compliance. - Identity & Access Management o Manage user lifecycle processes (onboarding, RBAC, offboarding). o Conduct access reviews and certification campaigns. o Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory standards (SOX, GDPR). - Integration & Troubleshooting o Integrate SailPoint with enterprise systems (Active Directory, LDAP, Workday, ServiceNow, cloud apps). o Troubleshoot identity provisioning and access control issues. o Collaborate with IT/security teams to resolve vulnerabilities. - Customization & Development o Develop custom rules, reports, and scripts using Java, BeanShell, XML. o Utilize SailPoint APIs for system integrations. o Configure identity profile transforms, connector rules, and cloud rules. - Monitoring & Maintenance o Monitor platform performance and stability. o Apply patches, updates, and upgrades. o Maintain documentation for configurations and processes. ________________________________________ Required Skills & Qualifications - Technical Expertise o Strong experience with SailPoint IdentityNow implementation and administration. o Proficiency in Java, XML, BeanShell scripting, and API integrations. o Knowledge of IAM principles, RBAC, and compliance standards. o Familiarity with directory services (Active Directory, LDAP) and cloud environments (AWS, Azure). - Soft Skills o Excellent communication and collaboration skills. o Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. o Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Education & Certifications o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. o SailPoint Certified Implementation Engineer (preferred). o Security certifications (CISSP, CISA) are a plus. ________________________________________ Nice-to-Have - Experience with modern authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC). - Knowledge of ServiceNow integration and automation. - Hands-on experience with entitlement reviews and SoD policies.
