Billing Engineer

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Billing Engineer to join our team As a Billing Engineer you will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely invoices for our clients ensuring adherence to project contracts and milestones Your role will require proficiency in civil engineering concepts expert use of Excel for data analysis and skills in AutoCAD for reviewing project designs and drawings You will collaborate closely with project managers engineers and clients to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure efficient billing processes Responsibilities Prepare and submit accurate invoices based on project contracts milestones and progress Resolve billing discrepancies and issues with clients or internal stakeholders promptly Organize and maintain billing records data and project files systematically Monitor accounts receivable and follow up with clients on overdue payments Generate comprehensive billing reports using Excel for management review Ensure compliance with company billing policies procedures and industry standards Utilize civil engineering knowledge to understand project scopes and billing requirement Requirements Minimum 2 to 3 Years of Experience as Billing Engineer Must have Knowledge of Civil Infra Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in billing and documentation Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and organize data files and records effectively Proven experience as a Billing Engineer or similar role in the civil engineering industry Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Supplemental pay types Yearly bonus Education Bachelor s Preferred Work Location In person
