Job Description Roles and Responsibilities: - Professional Conduct: Exhibit a high degree of subordination, punctuality, and honesty in all tasks. - Event & Procurement Management: Handle event organization, procurement, and purchasing operations efficiently. - Flexibility: Adapt to dynamic work environments and varying work hours as needed. - Administrative Support: Assist the department in the development, performance, and maintenance of administrative operations. - Operational Coordination: Work collaboratively with other departments and functions to ensure smooth business operations. - Vendor & Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with vendors and clients when required. - Reporting: Prepare and maintain MIS reports and other administrative documentation on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. - Facility Management: Manage store, security, housekeeping, and asset maintenance functions. - Office Systems Management: Ensure smooth operation of office management systems, ERP tools, and MS Office applications. - Liaison Activities: Coordinate with departments, vendors, and external partners as per business needs. Preferred Candidate Profile: - Experience: Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or similar administrative role. - Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. - Organization: Strong organizational and leadership abilities with proactive thinking and task prioritization. - Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and ERP software; familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles. - Education: Bachelor's degree in Office Administration, Business, or a related field (Secretarial studies preferred). - Additional Advantage: Experience in event management, procurement, and vendor handling.
