Role: Non-Clinical Consultant Associate A non-clinical role for doctors focused on patient coordination, operations, and healthcare administration rather than clinical procedures. Key Responsibilities Patient Coordination & Support - Communicate with patients regarding appointments, home visits, and partner clinic schedules. - Follow up with patients before/after consultations. - Explain treatment processes, timelines, and next steps in simple terms. Operational & Administrative Support - Ensure daily appointments (home/partner clinic) are completed within the required TAT. - Upload reports, scan files, and photos in the correct drive/folder on time. - Maintain accurate patient records, logs, and documentation. - Coordinate with senior dentists and internal teams for seamless workflow. Relationship Management - Support relationship-building with partner clinics, senior dentists, and regional stakeholders. - Participate in outreach activities such as trade fairs or partner events. Patient Experience - Provide non-clinical guidance to enhance clarity and comfort. - Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction through timely communication. Learning & Growth - Stay updated on aligners, implants, and dental technologies (non-clinical knowledge). - Participate in internal training and operational process improvements. Qualifications - BDS degree from a recognized institution (clinical work not required). - Freshers or doctors with up to 1 year of experience. - Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills. - Empathy, professionalism, and a patient-first mindset. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
