Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant Professor in Aviation Department to join our dynamic faculty team. The ideal candidate will hold a Master's degree in Aeronautical Engineering and possess a strong commitment to teaching, academic research, and professional development. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, mentoring students, and contributing to the department's academic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach undergraduate courses in Aviation Department such as Aerodynamics, Propulsion Systems, Aircraft Structures, Flight Mechanics, etc.

Develop curriculum, prepare lesson plans, and deliver engaging classroom and laboratory sessions.

Supervise student projects, internships, and research activities.

Engage students and publish in journals/conferences.

Collaborate with faculty on interdisciplinary projects and departmental initiatives.

Participate in academic advising and mentoring of students.

Contribute to the continuous improvement and accreditation processes of the department.

Organize workshops, seminars, guest lectures, and industrial visits.

Support the institution in academic and administrative functions as assigned.

Qualifications:

Essential: Master's degree in Aeronautical Engineering from a recognized university with a strong academic record.

Desirable: Enrollment in or completion of Ph.D. in a related field.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Passion for teaching and innovation in pedagogy.

Familiarity with industry practices and current developments in Aviation

Experience:

Freshers with exceptional academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Prior teaching or research experience in an academic institution will be an advantage.
