Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Chennai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, conducting sales presentations, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and reporting daily sales activities.
Qualifications

- Experience in Sales, Lead Generation, and Customer Relationship Management
- Skills in Negotiation, Presentation, and Communication
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-2 years of relevant sales experience
- Familiarity with community and finance management systems is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
