About the Role

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our brand presence and growth across Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and especially YouTube. This role requires expertise in content creation, graphics, video editing, influencer collaborations, and community engagement to build a strong online presence and drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Management
Design high-quality graphics and visual content for all platforms.
Edit videos for reels, stories, posts, and long-form YouTube content.
Maintain a consistent posting schedule aligned with brand goals.

Platform Growth & Strategy
Develop and implement growth strategies for Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Optimize YouTube content for search, engagement, and watch time.
Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize results.

Community Engagement
Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions in a timely and professional manner.
Build strong relationships with the audience to increase loyalty and engagement.

Influencer & Affiliate Management
Identify, connect, and collaborate with relevant influencers and affiliates.
Manage affiliate campaigns and track performance.

Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure cohesive branding.
Prepare monthly performance reports and suggest data-driven improvements.

Requirements
Proven experience in social media management and growth across multiple platforms.
Strong skills in graphics design (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) and video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar tools).
Deep understanding of YouTube growth strategies, analytics, and monetization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to adapt to trends quickly.
