Job Description Position Title: Senior Estimator & Project Manager (Electrical & Low-Voltage)722 Work Mode: Permanent Remote (South Asia) Experience Required: 710 Years Work Schedule: 5 days/week, rotational shifts between 4:00 PM 10:00 PM (10-hour shift) Salary Range: INR 7,20,000 9,60,000 Open Positions: 2 Availability: Immediate joiners preferred Role Overview This role is ideal for a senior professional with strong technical, analytical, and project coordination skills. The responsibilities are divided into: - 50% Estimating - 25% Project Management - 25% CAD Design You will support end-to-end project lifecyclesfrom bid preparation and technical documentation to execution oversight. Key Responsibilities Estimating (50%) - Review drawings, specifications, and RFPs to produce accurate cost estimates. - Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for electrical and low-voltage systems. - Prepare and submit competitive bid packages and proposals. - Coordinate with procurement and sales teams for pricing accuracy and profitability. Project Management (25%) - Manage projects from kickoff to completion. - Handle schedules, budgets, submittals, and client communication. - Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal cross-functional teams. - Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and client requirements. CAD Design (25%) - Prepare and update CAD drawings, riser diagrams, and single-line diagrams. - Create shop drawings and as-built documentation to support project execution. - Incorporate field markups/redlines into drawings. - Ensure all designs comply with NEC, NFPA, BICSI, TIA/EIA, and related U.S. standards. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. - 56+ years of experience in electrical and/or low-voltage contracting. - Strong hands-on experience in project handling. - Mandatory U.S. market experience (commercial, industrial, or government projects). - Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit knowledge is a plus). - Familiarity with estimating tools such as Bluebeam, Accubid, or similar. - Strong understanding of U.S. electrical and low-voltage codes including: - NEC, NFPA, Title 24, BICSI, TIA/EIA - Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. - Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
