Remote | Part-time Contractual | Per-Course Compensation

Are you a creative learning experience designer with a portfolio of successful courses on Udemy, Coursera, Skillshare, or similar platforms
ORANTS AI is looking for an Instructional Designer to create world-class digital learning experiences for tech, business, and AI-focused audiences.

About the Role
Were building a next-gen knowledge platform at the intersection of AI, entrepreneurship, and remote work. Youll design and develop engaging, outcome-driven online coursesfrom concept to final deliverycollaborating with subject matter experts and our production team.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and review course outlines and learning paths aligned to learning outcomes

- Script video lessons, quizzes, and interactive elements

- Collaborate with SMEs, video editors, and marketing teams

- Utilize instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, Blooms Taxonomy)

- Optimize for Udemy, Coursera, internal LMS

Requirements
- 2+ years in instructional design or curriculum development

- Hands-on experience in working on EdTech learning materials

- Strong command of instructional design principles & adult learning theory

- Excellent writing & storyboarding skills

- Familiarity with Articulate, Rise 360, Camtasia, or similar tools

- (Bonus) Background in tech, entrepreneurship, AI, or digital marketing

- Must be ready to join immediately

- Must be comfortable with the per-course compensation structure below

- Only apply if ready to work on a part-time contractualbasis
Compensation Structure (Per Final Content)
- 3,000 Nano Course (20 mins)

- 6,000 Short Course (13 hours)

- 10,000 Long Course (58 hours)
