Tool Designer - AutoCAD NX Location Osseous Surgical Morbi Gujarat 363641 Experience 2 to 6 years Salary Based on experience and design capabilities Osseous Surgical is looking for a skilled Tool Designer with hands-on experience in AutoCAD and Siemens NX The role involves preparing precise G A General Arrangement drawings and designing tools jigs and fixtures used in the manufacturing of surgical products Key Responsibilities Design and develop tools jigs fixtures and equipment layouts Create and revise 2D G A drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and NX Interpret product drawings and translate them into efficient tool designs Collaborate with production and QA teams to ensure design feasibility and accuracy Maintain technical documentation and drawing records Continuously improve and update designs for functionality durability and ease of use Requirements 2-6 years of experience in tool and fixture design using AutoCAD and Siemens NX Proficient in preparing General Arrangement G A and detailed fabrication drawings Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes ITI Diploma Degree in Mechanical Tool Die or related discipline Attention to detail and good communication skills Experience in the surgical instruments or precision tool industry is a plus Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 195 365 74 - 505 575 55 per year Benefits Food provided Schedule Day shift Fixed shift Work Location In person
