Job Description We are hiring for these time slots - - 3 AM - 8 AM - 3 PM - 9 PM - 11 AM - 4 PM - 8 PM - 1 AM Job description We are looking for chess teachers who have the ability to use chess to motivate, educate and help children discover the potential for greatness inside of them. Please note that we need you to work in 6 OR 8 hour shift in early morning, late night and afternoon. Apply only if you're comfortable with the same. Chess Teacher Responsibilities: - Teach children from the group of 6 years to 16 years online . - Humble nature with empathetic values to connect with the younger children. - Conducting creative activities and developing interactive classrooms. - Ensure that students enjoy the course - Engage, encourage, and motivate students to reach their goals. - Evaluate student performance and make recommendations for improvement. - Conduct Demo Sessions with students and ensure conversions. - Conduct group and private lessons as required. - Provide a fun and creative environment. Qualifications/Experience required: - Strong subject knowledge - Experience in teaching Chess - Relevant working experience Requirements: - Good English & Hindi Communication Skills - Must have experience in teaching children (Mandatory) - Laptop and good internet connection is also required. Other Information: Option from the comfort of your home Salary structure is as follows: Salary Standard for 3 AM - 7 AM - 1-25 Sessions : Rs. 200/- per session + Rs. 100 /- per demo - 25-60 Sessions: Rs. 250/- per session + Rs.125/- per demo - 61- 80 Sessions: Rs. 300/- per session + Rs.150/- per demo - 81 & above Session: Rs. 350/- per session + Rs. 175/- per demo Per Session Basis for 9 PM - 1 AM - 1-25 Sessions: Rs. 165/- per session + Rs.80/- per demo - 25-60 Sessions: Rs. 200/- per session + Rs.100/- per demo - 61-80 Sessions: Rs. 250/- per session + Rs.125/- per demo - 81 & Above Session: Rs. 300/- per session + Rs. 150/- per demo Per Session Basis for 11 AM - 9 PM - 1-25 Sessions: Rs. 125/- per session + Rs.75/- per demo - 25-60 Sessions: Rs. 150/- per session + Rs.100/- per demo - 61-80 Sessions: Rs. 200/- per session + Rs.125/- per demo - 81 & Above Session: Rs. 250/- per session + Rs. 150/- per demo You are also eligible for minimum pay guarantee: NORMAL HOURS 4 hours Month 1: 4000 INR Month 2: 8000 INR Month 3 and onwards: 12000 INR 6 hours Month 1: 5500 INR Month 2: 10500 INR Month 3 and onwards: 16000 INR 3 AM - 8 AM Month 1: 6000 INR Month 2: 12000 INR Month 3 and onwards: 18000 INR
