Key Responsibilities 1 knowledge of motor Overholling All type Pump over hauling Valve Overhauling Gas Cutting Grinding Arc welding 2 Cutting and Welding Cut and weld mechanical components equipment and structures using techniques such as shielded metal arc welding SMAW gas metal arc welding GMAW and gas tungsten arc welding GTAW 2 Equipment Operation Operate mechanical cutting and welding equipment including cutters and welding machines 3 Material Preparation Prepare materials for cutting and welding including cleaning deburring and aligning 4 Safety Protocols Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent injuries and damage to equipment 6 Maintenance and Repair Perform routine maintenance and repair on cutting and welding equipment Requirements Educational Qualification ITI Diploma in Fitter Mechanical Engineering or relevant trade Experience 3-7 years in heavy machinery maintenance in a power plant or industrial unit Technical Skills Proficient in reading engineering drawings and manuals Familiarity with hydraulics pneumatics and welding Knowledge of alignment tools dial gauges laser alignment etc Preferred Industries Thermal Power Plants Biomass Power Plants Manufacturing or Cement Plants Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Phalodi Rajasthan Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Application Question s Current Salary and Expected Salary Education Diploma Required Experience Fitter 5 years Required Work Location In person
