Role summary (Internship)As an intern, you will help build the SYplat product by implementing and configuring functionalities and services, developing AI agents, and creating AI-assisted workflows that power our platform. You will work under continuous guidance and close supervision from the Senior Architect and will collaborate with the Product Manager/Owner.You will:Use AI tools to assist with design, coding, testing, and documentation.Work within Agile practices (sprints, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).Learn how to meet release, acceptance, product-standard, and basic security criteria appropriate for an internship role.This is a learning-focused, hands-on internship with the potential for a full-time role / pre-placement offer (PPO) based on performance and business need.Hiring focus – Engineering studentsWho can apply:Students currently pursuing full-time B.E./B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech (CSE/IT/AI) in an engineering college.Passionate, ambitious, and exemplary final year and pre-final year students (including those looking for full-semester/project internships as per college requirements).Minimum expectations:Strong learning ability and problem-solving skills.Comfortable with programming basics in at least one language.Must be available to work at our Coimbatore Development Centre.Added advantages (not mandatory):Prior exposure to AI, cloud, or full-stack development through courses, hackathons, projects, or certifications.Completion of any IT courses/certifications (e.g., Full-Stack Development, Microsoft/Azure/Entra, SAP, GCP, AWS, etc.). Internship Period & Location·      3-6 months, based on factors applicable to the right candidate. AI-assisted engineering & AI-agent developmentUse AI tools, LLMs, and AI agents to draft and refine:CodeConfigurationsTestsDocumentationRunbooks(All subject to review by the Senior Architect and acceptance by the Product Manager/Owner.)Build and evolve an AI assets library:Reusable components, templates, configurationsOrchestration patterns and governance guidelinesStandardization across design, development, testing, deployment, and operationsYou will learn how to use AI not just for prompts, but as a serious engineering accelerator.    2. Implementation, configuration & integration (end-to-end)Under the Senior Architect’s direction, you will:Translate product requirements and scenarios into working prototypes and components using:Application codeCloud services and configurationsIntegrations across leading PaaS/IaaS and SaaS platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Entra, etc.).Contribute (as appropriate for an intern) across the full stack:UIAPIs/servicesData access and persistence/DBTelemetry/observabilityAssist in implementing secure integrations and data exchanges, with basic:Instrumentation for performance and reliabilitySupportability hooks (logs, metrics, simple dashboards, etc.) 3. Rapid prototyping & reliable deliveryStart with prototypes to validate the approach and feasibility.With support from the Senior Architect, help take selected prototypes towards more production-ready forms with:Tests and input validationLogging/metricsBasic rollback pathsOperational notesContribute to clear READMEs and how-to guides, so others in the team can run, monitor, and support what you help build.4.
