We are a digitally native company that helps organizations reinvent themselves and unleash their potential We are the place where innovation design and engineering meet scale With more than 29 000 employees and present in 33 countries across 5 continents we re partnering with companies like Google Electronic Arts and Santander among others We are currently looking for self-driven Business Analysts to join our Product Optimization Studio Globant s Product Optimization Studio drives efficiency through technology removes operative risk and prepares operations against uncertain events Our holistic approach combines business process expertise with software engineering DNA Join us in building more efficient and resilient operations in an industry of intense competition Required Experience 6-12 yearsJob Location Pune Indore Ahmedabad HyderabadWhat you can expect in the role Collaborate with stakeholders to gather document and analyze business requirements and processes Develop detailed functional specifications use cases and other documentation to clearly define business needs and system requirements Work closely with technical teams to ensure that proposed solutions meet business requirements and are technically feasible Facilitate meetings workshops and other sessions with stakeholders to elicit business requirements and provide updates on project progress Prioritize new features based on short-term and long-term business goals and technical platform scalability Identify opportunities to improve business processes and recommend technology solutions to support these improvements Assist in testing and quality assurance efforts to ensure that IT solutions meet business requirements and are free of defects Participate in project planning and management activities including creating project schedules tracking progress and communicating project status to stakeholders Provide training and support to end users on new and updated IT systems Exposure to working in Scrum or SAFe environment Hands on experience with requirements management tools like JIRA Azure DevOps etcWhat we expect of you As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing and documenting business processes requirements and user needs related to information technology systems You will work closely with stakeholders project managers and technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of IT solutions that meet business needs and objectives The IT Business Analyst will also identify opportunities to improve business processes and recommend technology solutions to support these improvements Soft SkillsGood spoken and written communication skillsCollaboration with cross functional teams and stakeholdersAbility to articulate complex concepts in simple and understandable wayTech SkillsKnowledge of API Microservices structureAbility to work with SQL and run basic queriesComfort with Data visualization tools Power BI TableauAbility to work with Postman to do basic operations and call
