Quality Facilities ITAre you experienced in managing IT systems and looking for a new challenge Do you have a strong background in compliance strategy and documentation We are seeking a talented System Specialist to join our Quality Facilities IT department at Novo Nordisk If you are ready to take on a key role in managing our Corporate Facilities CFA HQ systems and ensuring their smooth operation read on and apply today for a life-changing career About the department Vault Quality Facilities IT GBS VQFIT is an integral part of Digital Data IT Staffs Team which currently consists of highly skilled IT professionals responsible for IT operations for all major Global Quality and Facilities IT systems in Novo Nordisk The team is responsible for managing day-to-day IT support development validation and testing of entire Quality Management System of Novo Nordisk spanning across entire globe The key objective of VQFIT is to ensure robust IT support to systems which in turn ensures product quality and patient safety for Novo Nordisk The position As a System Specialist-I at Novo Nordisk you will have the following responsibilities Managing the service level of the Corporate Facilities CFA IT systems including Security like CCTV Physical access control alarm handling and Non-Security systems like ewaste management BMS system Vendor management and preparing for audits and inspections ensuring compliance with regulations Acting as a key link between support and releases projects and communicating critical issues and coordinating patch-related activities Developing IT system strategy in alignment with CFA target architecture and Stakeholder management across the CFA portfolio Coordinating project management and managing IT operations ITIL Certified prefered change problem and incident and strong experience in managing IT systems preferably in a global organization Knowledge of compliance requirements including GDPR and EU regulations Qualifications To be successful in this role you should have the following qualifications Masters bachelor s with 8 to 10 years of experience within the pharmaceutical or other relevant industry with at experience in handling system transitions have strong awareness on manage IT SOP Experience in Facilities System like Security System -
