Your Role

- Lead development and support activities using AS400 technologies (RPG, RPGLE, CL, CLLE, COBOL/400, DB2/400).
- Perform impact analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Guide team members on SYNON, Cool 2E, and other AS400 tools.

Your Profile

- Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams for requirement clarification and delivery.
- Review and approve technical artifacts like design documents, test plans, and results.
- Manage project timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications.
- Support deployment and regression testing activities.
