What youll be doing Understand the user requirements developing test cases installation performing testing and providing comprehensive reports for medical applications as individual contributor Drive the quality deliverables and be the voice of quality Working for complex medical systems including hardware firmware and software Estimates tasks and work productively with minimum supervision while showing excellent team attitude Collaborate in product lifecycle with senior engineers development managers product managers scrum-masters in an agile environment with scrum implemented at scale globally Contribute to the selection validation and implementation of Quality Assurance tools Be part of continuous improvement processes Welcome change and complexity Learn quickly and adapt fast Be a change leader Demonstrate data-driven analysis and pragmatic decision-making aligned with business and technology needs Qualification BE B Tech ME M Tech MCAExperience 8-12 yrs experience in testing medical software applicationsSkill Sets Strong software applications test experience in medical domain Strong knowledge in healthcare protocols DICOM HL7 FHIR etc Basic Knowledge in Oncology Radiotherapy Treatment Planning Delivery Sound knowledge of testing process test design techniques and test methodologies Good knowledge of medical standards i e ISO 13485 Good knowledge on SDLC STLC Defect Management Process and Defect Tracking tools like TFS Good knowledge on medical hardware and Image processing Basic knowledge in test automation
