Job Description

We are seeking a Junior/ Senior Training Executive to deliver product and process training for new hires and existing employees across various locations. You will be responsible for developing engaging training content, managing training data, and conducting evaluations. This role requires a professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience in BPO/KPO training, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Training Delivery: Deliver product and process training for both new hires and existing employees. Conduct sessions both virtually and on-site across different locations.
- Content Development: Develop engaging training content and materials, including presentations, guides, and resources. Create content tailored to specific training objectives.
- Evaluation & Assessment: Conduct tests, mock sessions, and On-the-Job Training (OJT) evaluations for training batches to assess outcomes.
- Reporting & Data Management: Manage training data and ensure accurate reporting. Prepare detailed training reports for stakeholders.
- Collaboration & Coordination: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs. Facilitate virtual training sessions effectively using digital platforms.

Skills Required

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in BPO/KPO training, with experience in real estate training being an added advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- The ability to manage data and prepare detailed reports.
- Willingness to travel across India for training sessions.
- Experience in creating content tailored to specific training objectives.

QUALIFICATION:

- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
