Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi, India for an Influencer Marketing Manager. The Influencer Marketing Manager will develop and implement influencer campaigns aligned with the company's goals. Responsibilities include identifying and recruiting relevant influencers, managing relationships, creating campaign strategies, tracking performance, and ensuring timely delivery of content. The role also involves analyzing metrics to optimize future campaigns and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and platforms. Qualifications - Strong skills in campaign strategy, implementation, and performance analysis - Proven experience in influencer identification and relationship management - Familiarity with social media platforms, content creation trends, and optimization tools - Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills - Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights - Understanding of audience targeting and brand consistency principles - Experience in marketing or influencer management roles is preferred - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
