Job Title: Credit Analyst

Department: Credit Risk Analysis

Location: Hyderabad

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years

Qualification: Postgraduate (PG) in Finance

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Credit Analyst to join our credit risk team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating the financial health of new and existing customers, identifying risk levels, and providing actionable recommendations to support sound credit decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct detailed financial analysis of clients to determine creditworthiness.
- Review and process credit files within defined TATs:
- RE: 45 days
- SME: 30 days
- LAP: 20 days
- Ensure timely renewal of credit files and prepare documents in advance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, banks, and internal marketing teams.
- Support the achievement of department-level targets and contribute to overall business goals.

1. Due Diligence & Attention to Detail

- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for accuracy in financial data and documentation.

1. Industry Knowledge

- Ability to analyze credit for companies across multiple sectors including healthcare, technology, and real estate.

1. Multitasking Ability

- Capable of handling multiple client accounts simultaneously and managing priorities effectively.

1. Technical Proficiency

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial software tools for analysis, reporting, and modeling.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and self-motivated.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage workload under pressure.
