Job Description Job Title: IP Operations Specialist Location: Noida (Work from home) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IP Operations Specialist to contribute to our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patent-related processes, data management, and team leadership. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our IP operations. Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end IDS preparation, filing packages, and other paralegal tasks related to patent prosecution. - Prepare formal documents, including assignments, declarations, and Form-1s. - Utilize and maintain patent databases for searching and analysis. - Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality. - Conduct quality audits to ensure adherence to standards and identify areas for improvement. - Manage and train new team members, providing guidance and support. - Communicate with clients (internal and external) to address inquiries and provide updates. - Collate, update, and maintain data extracted from various sources. Qualifications: - 1-4 years of experience in IP operations or a related field. - Strong understanding of patent prosecution processes and requirements. - Proficiency in patent searching and analysis. - Experience with various patent databases and software (e.g., Memotech, FoundationIP, Salesforce/Novum, First to File). - Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. - Proven ability to manage and train teams. - Strong problem-solving and time-management skills. - Master's or Bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer Applications, Science, or Engineering preferred). Bonus Points: - Experience with building and implementing tools for patent reference management. - Experience coordinating with international law firms.
