SkillSonics http skillsonics com is a Swiss organization and implements Swiss customized vocational and education training programs adapted to local requirements at companies and training institutes in India and other countries SIPL with their presence in India Switzerland and South Africa brings in Global Gold Standard the Swiss Dual Track Apprenticeship program and Vocational Education learning for Industries Institutes and Government Initiatives for respective countries SIPL is partner to multiple Switzerland based Institute and Global Industrial Houses SkillSonics India is a NSDC National Skill Development Corporation partner company SIPL has offices in Switzerland South Africa and India Indian offices are in Bengaluru HQ Pune and Kolkata Job Title Center Coordinator Location Aditya Birla Skill Center - Kuppam Job Type Full-time About the Role The Center Coordinator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Skill Center ensuring smooth functioning of training activities coordinating with trainers students and project teams and maintaining documentation as per project requirements Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the Skill Center and ensure adherence to project guidelines Coordinate with trainers mobilizers and support staff for seamless training delivery Manage student enrollment attendance assessments and placement-related documentation Liaise with local stakeholders community leaders and partner organizations Maintain center data MIS reports and submit timely updates to management Organize center events industry visits guest lectures and placement activities Ensure availability of training materials and maintain center infrastructure Address student queries and provide necessary support throughout their training journey Preferred Candidate Profile Graduate in any discipline Education Social Work Management preferred 2-4 years of experience in training centers vocational education CSR NGO or community development projects Strong communication and people-management skills English Tamil and Telugu - Mandatory Hindi Preferred Good knowledge of MS Office and comfort with digital reporting tools Ability to work with youth from rural economically weaker backgrounds Self-motivated organized and capable of handling center operations independently Perks Benefits Health insurance PF Opportunity to work in a prestigious CSR project Growth exposure in Skill Development Training Management Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 095 03 - 40 958 58 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
