Service Advisor Trainee

Should acts as a liaison between customers and the service department managing customer communication vehicle repair needs and the service workflow Key duties include greeting customers assessing their vehicle issues providing cost estimates explaining necessary repairs scheduling appointments ordering parts and processing payments This role requires strong customer service communication and basic mechanical knowledge Key responsibilities Customer interaction Greet customers listen to their vehicle problems and communicate with them about repair status and costs Service management Schedule service appointments and manage the workflow to ensure timely completion of repairs Technical coordination Consult with technicians to understand repair needs explain technical issues to customers in simple terms and submit work orders Cost and payment Provide accurate cost estimates inform customers about potential savings and process payments upon completion of service Administrative tasks Order necessary parts and maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat business Sales Upsell and cross-sell services and products when appropriate Necessary skills Communication Clearly explain technical information to non-technical customers Customer service Maintain a positive and helpful attitude to ensure customer satisfaction Mechanical knowledge Have a basic understanding of vehicles and their services Problem-solving Troubleshoot issues and find solutions for customer concerns Time management Efficiently manage multiple customer requests and service schedules Computer literacy Use software for scheduling work orders and customer management Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 12 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Leave encashment Provident Fund Work Location In person
