Job Summary: We are looking for a Certified Anaplan Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide planning solutions within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector. This role will be pivotal in transforming planning processes across supply chain, finance, sales, and operations using Anaplan’s connected planning platform. Key Responsibilities: Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and implement robust Anaplan models tailored to CPG-specific planning needs such as demand forecasting, trade promotion management, S&OP, and financial planning. Model Development: Build and optimize Anaplan models using best practices, ensuring performance, scalability, and alignment with business goals. Business Partnering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, Marketing) to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Governance & Standards: Define modeling standards, maintain documentation, and ensure data integrity across models. System Integration: Integrate Anaplan with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), CRM platforms, and data lakes to enable seamless data flow. Enablement & Training: Mentor model builders, conduct training sessions, and promote Anaplan adoption across business units. Continuous Improvement: Monitor model performance, identify areas for enhancement, and implement improvements to support evolving business needs. Required Qualifications: Anaplan Certified Architect (mandatory) 8+ years of experience in Anaplan model building and architecture Proven experience in the CPG industry with knowledge of planning processes such as demand planning, trade spend, and supply chain optimization Strong understanding of multidimensional modeling and data structures Experience with Anaplan Connect, APIs, and integration tools Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience with SAP or other ERP systems used in CPG Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools Knowledge of other planning tools (e.g., SAP IBP) is a plus
