Job Title Admission Counsellor Location Knowledge Park - 3 Greater noida Job Type Full-time Department Admissions Experience 0-2 Year Salary 20k to 30k Depend on interview and experience Time 12AM - 9PM 6 days working Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Admission Counsellor to join our team The role involves guiding prospective students through the admission process providing detailed information about courses and programs and ensuring an excellent experience for applicants The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills a student-centric approach and a keen interest in education counselling Key Responsibilities Counsel prospective students and parents about course offerings admission procedures eligibility criteria and career prospects Handle inquiries via phone calls emails and walk-ins and provide accurate information Assist students in completing application forms and ensuring all required documents are submitted Conduct follow-ups with prospective students to ensure successful admission conversion Coordinate and participate in admission events open houses and educational fairs Maintain a database of inquiries applications and admissions Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to streamline the admission process Stay updated with industry trends competitor analysis and changes in educational policies Required Qualifications Skills Bachelor s Master s degree in Education Business Communication or a related field Proven experience in student counselling admissions or sales preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities A proactive empathetic and customer-oriented approach Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Ability to commute relocate Greater Noida Uttar Pradesh Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience student counselling 1 year Required admission counselling 1 year Required Career counseling 1 year Required Work Location In person
