JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a result-driven Senior Data Analyst with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust data pipelines to support our growing data needs. You will work extensively with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and leverage visualization tools such as Tableau and Looker Studio to deliver actionable insights. A strong understanding of web analytics using GA4 and GTM, along with applied NLP techniques for sentiment analysis, is essential.

As a Data Manager, you will lead a small team of data analysts, fostering their development and ensuring high-quality output. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and development, to drive data-informed decision-making and deliver impactful business solutions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines to support analytics and reporting needs.
- Manage and mentor a small team of data analysts, ensuring their professional growth and delivery of high-quality work.
- Work extensively with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to implement and manage data solutions.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using visualization tools such as Tableau and Looker Studio.
- Implement and monitor web analytics using GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM) to track and analyze user behavior.
- Apply Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques, including sentiment analysis, to extract insights from unstructured data.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing and development, to provide data-driven recommendations and insights.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all systems and processes.
- Continuously explore and adopt new tools, technologies, and best practices to improve data operations and analytics capabilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in data management, analytics, or related roles.
- Proven experience designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Prior experience leading or mentoring a small analytics team.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong expertise with Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, etc.).
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Looker Studio.
- Solid understanding of web analytics tools, including GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Working knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques, particularly for sentiment analysis.
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python preferred) for data processing and analysis.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into data solutions.
- Proven track record of delivering actionable insights from complex data sets.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Leadership skills to mentor and guide team members.
- Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
