Advanced Customer Engagement:Engaging with customers at a deeper level to understand their needs, highlight product features and benefits, and build customer relationships. Data Analysis & Reporting:Monitoring the effectiveness of promotions, collecting customer feedback, analyzing sales data, and reporting insights to management to optimize future strategies. Collaboration:Working closely with store management and staff to ensure promotions align with overall store goals and to optimize promotional efforts. Product Knowledge & Expertise:Maintaining and sharing in-depth product knowledge to answer complex customer questions and provide expert advice. Inventory & Display Management:Ensuring the attractive arrangement of merchandise and keeping track of stock levels.
