Housekeeping Team Leader

Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day housekeeping operations in production warehouse office and common areas Monitor cleanliness levels and ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards specific to FMCG operations GMP HACCP etc Schedule and assign tasks to housekeeping staff manage rosters shifts and coverage for absences Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities to ensure compliance with cleaning protocols Ensure proper usage and inventory of cleaning materials tools and chemicals Train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures use of equipment and workplace safety Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the relevant departments Coordinate with pest control and waste management vendors as required Maintain documentation for cleaning schedules audit reports and incident logs Ensure compliance with company policies industry regulations and sustainability initiatives Key Requirements Education Diploma in Hospitality Management or Facility Management Additional training in Industrial Hygiene Workplace Safety or Sanitation Practices is a plus Experience 1-3 years of housekeeping experience with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role preferably in FMCG food beverages or pharma Knowledge of Cleaning techniques and equipment GMP and other hygiene standards Health and safety regulations in industrial settings Skills Leadership and people management Attention to detail Time management and task coordination Communication and reporting Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
