Job Title: AI Tester Location: Bangalore Experience: 5+ yrs Job Type : Contract to hire Notice Period:- Immediate joiner Mandatory Skills · Hands-on experience with AI Tester. - Understand how AI models are built, trained, and deployed. This includes concepts like supervised/unsupervised learning, neural networks, etc.Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies for the GEN AI / Agentic RAG / LLM based application implementation, covering functional, performance, security, and ethical considerations. - Identify biases and failure modes in conversational flows. - Support Development of automated test suites for model retraining and updates. - Ability to understand, analyze, and prepare data used in AI development. - Working proficiency in languages like Python Responsibilities - Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable - code Develop and support software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements Coordinate cross-functionally to insure project meets business objectives and compliance standards Support test and deployment of new products and - features Participate in code reviews. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)
