Job Description Role: RPA Developer - Uipath Experience: 7+years Location: Gurugram Immediate joiner only Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and deploy automation solutions using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robot. 2. Collaborate with business and technology teams to analyze and understand business process requirements. 3. Design technical automation solutions that are scalable, robust, and aligned with industry best practices. 4. Perform end-to-end development, including unit testing, and debugging. 5. Manage and monitor deployed bots using UiPath Orchestrator. 6. Ensure proper version control and documentation. 7. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing automation workflows. 8. Work with IT for infrastructure setup, security compliance, and production deployment. 9. Participate in code reviews and provide guidance to junior developers (applicable for Sr. Dev role). Required Skills: 1. Experience 2. Developer: hands-on experience in UiPath development; no limit on overall experience. 3. Sr. Developer: hand-on experience in UiPath development; no limit on overall experience. 4. Strong proficiency in UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, and REFramework. 5. Experience with selectors, data scraping, Excel/Outlook activities, queues, citrix/virtual environments, and UI automation. 6. Good knowledge of VB.NET/C#/Python scripting within UiPath. 7. Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and database queries (SQL). 8. Understanding of RPA best practices, governance, and security. 9. UiPath certifications (e.g., UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer) are a strong plus. Preferred Skills: 1. Experience with citrix automation and remote desktop environments. 2. Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies. 3. Experience working with billing / invoicing based RPA solutions. Soft Skills: 1. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 2. Strong communication and collaboration skills. 3. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 4. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality solutions.
