The Role The Project Lead is responsible to ensure the projects are delivered using a best-practice project delivery approach and are delivered within the agreed scope, time, cost, and quality. This role is responsible for interacting with customers, managing customer expectations, engaging with customer executives, and to drive the project team to achieve business objectives and deliver expected business benefits. Proactively identifying risks and helping manage them during project execution. Manage resource allocations and update on a weekly basis. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders as needed for project dependencies and deliverables.
