Scientist in Biopharmaceutical team to provide strategic guidance on assessment of product complexity analysing data to identify critical attributes and coordinating with regulatory agencies to ensure bioequivalence compliance Provides strategic formulation support conducts in-vitro-in-vivo correlation IVIVC development Roles Responsibilities You will be responsible for the Assessment of complexity of products in terms of achieving bioequivalence You will be responsible to Analyse the data and Identify the critical material attributes CMA critical formulation components CFC and critical process parameters CPP that are expected to affect bio-availability and bio-equivalence You will be responsible for Identifying the appropriate tools and methodologies for formulation strategies and or optimizing formulations to enhance success in bioequivalence studies You will be closely supporting the Formulation Development team for critical aspects of the drug while designing bioequivalence studies You will be involved in Development of in-vitro-in-vivo correlation IVIVC You will be responsible for performing modelling simulations using tools like GastroPlus Phoenix Simcyp You will be responsible for coordinating with regulatory agencies related to dissolution and bioequivalence Qualifications Educational qualification Masters in Pharmaceutics Minimum work experience 3 years of experience in Biopharmaceutics Formulation Dissolution and understanding of in-vitro-in-vivo correlation IVIVC Skills attributes Technical Skills Deep knowledge in Bio-pharmaceutics and its processes Deep Knowledge on formulation and dissolution Experience in in-vitro-in-vivo correlation IVIVC and Mathematical Compartmental Modelling Knowledge on critical material attributes CMA critical formulation components CFC and critical process parameters CPP Behavioral Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work
