With your keen eye for detail and commitment to excellence, you ensure compliance, drive operational efficiency, and effectively mitigate risks through rigorous auditing processes. What You'll Do - You will be responsible for working with leadership to plan, execute, and deliver outcomes. - Lead and manage a team of auditors, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed. - Develop comprehensive audit plans and programs to ensure thorough coverage of compliance, operational, financial, and information technology audits. - Execute audits in accordance with established methodologies, standards, and timelines. - Oversee the preparation of audit reports, ensuring findings are accurately documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders. - Review audit workpapers, ensuring quality and adherence to established audit standards. - Provide recommendations for process improvements and control enhancements based on audit findings. - Liaise with senior management, department heads, and other stakeholders to discuss audit findings, recommendations, and action plans. - Monitor and track the implementation of audit recommendations, ensuring timely resolution of identified issues. - Stay abreast of regulatory changes, industry trends, and best practices in auditing. What You'll Need - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. - Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) designation preferred. - Minimum of 7 years of experience in auditing, with a focus on compliance audits, operational audits, financial audits, and information technology audits. - Strong knowledge of auditing principles, practices, and standards. - Proven experience in leading audit engagements (planning to reporting) and managing audit teams. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
