Job Description Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop custom solutions within the Oracle HCM Cloud suite, especially for Redwood-based UI enhancements. - Build and maintain fast formulas, OTBI/BIP reports, HDL data loads, and HCM Extracts. - Develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Web Services (SOAP/REST), and APIs. - Customize and extend Redwood UI-based pages using Visual Builder Studio (VBS), Oracle JET, and other Redwood tools where applicable. - Work closely with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Troubleshoot technical issues across modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, and Talent Management. - Support UAT, go-live, and post-implementation activities for Oracle HCM projects. - Stay updated with Oracle quarterly releases, Redwood design patterns, and security model enhancements. - Document design specifications, configurations, and user guides for delivered solutions. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - 47 years of hands-on experience as an Oracle HCM Technical Consultant. - Proven experience with Oracle Fusion HCM modules and tools: - Fast Formulas - HCM Extracts - HDL (HCM Data Loader) - OTBI/BIP Reports - Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar - Working knowledge of Redwood UX concepts and Oracle Visual Builder (or equivalent modern UI frameworks). - Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture, security, and role-based access control. Preferred Skills: - Experience with Redwood-specific extensions (VBS, Redwood Design System). - Oracle HCM Cloud certification(s) Technical track. - Familiarity with Fusion SaaS Data Model and PaaS integration patterns. - Knowledge of project management and Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Experience in end-to-end Oracle
