Position Overview : - We are seeking motivated and entrepreneurial Business Development Executives with experience in Digital Marketing, Online Sales, Fundraising, or Recruitment. - Your primary goal is to generate sales for GRK digital profiles, ERP products, and online services through effective outreach, client acquisition, and digital marketing campaigns. - This is a profit-sharing / commission-only opportunity designed for individuals seeking long-term, flexible, and high-earning potential partnerships. Compensation - Commission-Based / Profit-Sharing (No Fixed Salary) - You will earn based on your sales performance and contributions: ERP Product Sales: - 40,000 per sale Online Services Sales: 5% - 30% commission per sale Dress Sales: - 240 INR ($3) per dress (no cap on quantity; bulk orders allowed) Business Consultant Referrals (Outside India): - 10,000 per ERP sale generated by your referred consultant - Successful associates can earn between - 1 lakh to - 5 lakhs+ per month, depending on performance. Work Environment Remote / Work-from-Home Flexible Hours - Work from anywhere ( Minimum 5 to 6 Hours Daily ) Performance-Based Growth - The more you sell, the more you earn Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and approach potential clients through platforms like LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Upwork, calls, email, and networking. Client Acquisition: Present GRK Foundation's products and services to clients and close deals. End-to-End Sales Cycle: Manage everything from prospecting to proposal drafting, negotiation, and project closure. Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals. Business Growth Strategy: Develop and implement new strategies to expand sales and market reach. Collaboration: Coordinate with the marketing, photography, and production teams for successful project delivery. Recruitment & Partnerships: Identify, onboard, and manage consultants or affiliates to scale the business. Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets. Ideal Candidate Profile Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven experience in sales, business development, or digital marketing. Self-driven, result-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset. Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks independently. Familiarity with ERP, SaaS, IT, or Digital Marketing Services is a plus.
