Job Description Required Skills & Qualifications - Mandatory Certification: Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA). - 36 years of IT experience with at least 24 years in Pega PRPC development. - Experience in Case Management (CJCM) application design and development. - Strong understanding of Flows, Activities, Data Pages, Declarative Rules, and UI Rules. - Hands-on experience integrating Pega with external systems (REST, SOAP, Connectors, Services). - Good understanding of Agile methodology and sprint-based delivery. - Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. Good to Have: - Exposure to Pega Decisioning or Customer Service frameworks. - Familiarity with Pega DevOps / Deployment Manager. - Knowledge of database concepts and basic SQL.
