The ideal candidate will be skilled in design tools, have leadership experience, and be capable of ensuring quality creative output while fostering a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage a team of 510 graphic designers.
- Plan, assign, and review creative projects to meet deadlines and brand standards.
- Select, train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve high-quality results.
- Oversee day-to-day studio operations, ensuring productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements.
- Provide feedback and creative direction to ensure alignment with brand vision.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation.
