Indfrag Biosciences Pvt Ltd specializes in the manufacturing of botanical extracts for the Cosmetics Food and Nutrition industries Founded in 1989 the company mainly operates three manufacturing units in India We are looking for senior professional who will ensure that the environmental sustainability agenda is implemented throughout the site while complying with statutory requirements to ensure that preventive measures and mitigation plans are put in place to minimize environmental risk External connection to be build up with Pollution Control Board for legal compliance related Recyclers for waste management Vendors for material supply new technology etc Key Accountabilities Deliver environmental-related statute compliance Make sure to file legal compliance and submit forms to PCBs Environment support Prepare and maintain ISO14001 documentation Check regular documents in WTP ETP and Laboratory for gaps and update accordingly Monitor third party contract management for environmental operations to ensure monitoring and measurement of environmental parameters Update SOPs in line with changes in regulatory environment Ensure closure of site meetings and management review meetings Incident Reporting Investigations Identify and capture all deviations and incidents related to Environment Ensure that corrective and remedial measures are taken to minimise the likely negative impact on the Environment Execution of the planned and promotional activities to drive continual improvement Identify Environment and sustainability related training needs at site and the target groups Calendarize promotional events such as Environment Day Earth Day Ozone Day etc Operations Management of Site Monitor smooth operation of ETP STP WTP and ensure it runs 365 days Make certain that consumables and spares are in stock as per the requirements Minimizes operational costs by minimizing chemical consumption and manpower Hazardous Waste Management Proficiency Certificate Attending trainings and workshops for updates related to Environment sustainability KEY DECISION INVOLVED IN- Root cause analysis and deciding the CAPA for Environmental incidents Review of Environment and Sustainability performance Inventory of consumables for ETP STP WTP Deployment and rotation of team members ZLD performance improvement Performance and capacity upgradation New requirements Cost optimization Waste reduction Water reduction Responding to external and internal communication QUALIFICATION WE ARE LOOKING FOR Masters in Environment related degrees Experience 5 years Experience in water ETP sustainability Utility department is MUST Good at spoken and written communication in English Tamil language - To speak -Must Kannada preferable too Good in interpreting data and documentation of department activities ISO14001 certification documentation and implementation Good at presentation skills- PPT and oral presentation for all the employees including Top management Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 60 000 00 - 70 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Leave encashment Paid time off Provident Fund Application Question s How many years of Manufacturing experience do you currently have Must Answer Are you okay to work in factory Located at Hosur Kelamangalam Must Answer Do you have any experience working in any chemical manufacturing factory Must Answer What is your notice period Must Answer What is your current CTC Must Answer What is your Expected CTC Must Answer Interview will happen on IndiraNagar Bengaluru- are you kay with that Must Answer Language Tamil Required Work Location In person
