Eligibility Criteria You must meet at least one of the following criteria to apply: • Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field from a reputed institution • Prior internship or full-time role in a digital agency, software firm, or tech startup with live project experience in PHP and WordPress • 0-2 years in PHP, Wordpress and/or Shopify Role Details • Designation: Frontend Developer – PHP & WordPress • Location: DLF Phase 4, Gurgaon (Work-from-office only). We prefer candidates who reside closer to the workplace) • Timings: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM • Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturdays off) • Annual Leave: 21 days • Holiday Calendar: 20–23 festival-based leaves • Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on profile) Job Description Your role will require technical expertise, design sensitivity, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities include: • Develop front-end interfaces and layouts using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery • Build and maintain custom WordPress websites via themes and templates and add customizations • Implement and troubleshoot PHP-based functionalities in WordPress sites • Ensure cross-browser, cross-device compatibility and responsive design • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, SEO teams, content and creative departments • Integrate plugins and implement custom features on WordPress and Shopify websites • Work on API integrations across WordPress, PHP and Shopify websites • Maintain blog sections, place SEO-optimised content, and support website SEO integrations • Optimise websites for speed, performance, and basic SEO compliance Required Skills You must demonstrate a strong command of: • HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery • PHP and MySQL integration within WordPress • WordPress theme customisation and plugin management • Page builders like Elementor, WPBakery or Gutenberg • Understanding of responsive frameworks like Bootstrap • Website speed, SEO optimisation and basic debugging techniques Your Growth Curve At Conceptualise, developers are empowered to build, lead and innovate. • Two increments a year are offered to those who bring speed, quality, and accountability • You'll get opportunities to work on diverse client websites, landing pages, e-commerce portals and CMS integrations • High performers may be promoted to Full Stack Developer or Technical Lead roles over time • We value initiative, problem-solving, and the ability to take ownership of web builds Please Note • This is a work-from-office position only • Remote or freelance applications will not be considered • Agency roles require adaptability – quick turnarounds, strict timelines and quality delivery under pressure • Only candidates with strong intent and relevant technical experience will be considered How to Apply Send the following to vineet@conceptualise.in: • Your updated resume • A link to your GitHub, portfolio, or 3–5 recent websites you’ve worked on • Answers to these three questions in the email: 1.
