What You’ll Do - Design and animate high-quality motion graphics and static visuals for campaigns, product showcases, and digital platforms. - Create video content, reels, and explainer animations that tell compelling brand stories. - Develop social media creatives, event collaterals, and marketing materials that align with brand tone and visual language. - Collaborate with marketing, brand, and content teams to maintain consistency across all assets. - Manage multiple design projects with efficiency, ensuring deadlines and creative standards are met. - Stay ahead of design and animation trends to infuse fresh ideas into every project. - Maintain and organize a clean, updated repository of design and video assets. What We’re Looking For - 4–6 years of experience as a Motion Graphic Designer / Visual Designer in a creative or marketing environment. - Strong command of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. - Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color, and motion storytelling. - A portfolio showcasing a mix of motion graphics and static design work across diverse formats. - Ability to think conceptually and execute visually stunning, brand-aligned content. - Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling projects end-to-end. - Bonus: Familiarity with 3D design (Blender/Cinema 4D) or sound design.
