Job Description

- SAP FICO & Group Reporting Implementation:Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP FICO modules and the Group Reporting module in S/4HANA.
- Consolidation & Reporting:Manage the consolidation of financial data, configuring reporting rules, hierarchies, and breakdowns to meet corporate requirements.
- Data Management:Oversee data loading, master data management, and the execution of intercompany matching and reconciliations.
- Process Improvement:Analyze and improve financial processes within the SAP FICO and Group Reporting domains.
- Testing & Support:Develop and execute test cases, provide end-user training, and offer ongoing production support for SAP solutions.
- Collaboration:Work closely with finance and IT teams to understand business requirements and deliver integrated, end-to-end reporting solutions.
- Documentation:Prepare detailed project documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user guides.

Required Skills and Experience

- Experience:A minimum of 5+ years in SAP Group Reporting and FICO, with a strong preference for S/4HANA experience.
- Technical Skills:Hands-on experience in designing and configuring Group Reporting business scenarios, data validations, and currency translations.
- Functional Knowledge:Deep understanding of financial accounting principles, controlling processes, and group consolidation requirements.
- Analytical Skills:Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Tool Proficiency:Experience withAnalysis for Office (AfO)for reporting and tools like the data monitor and GRDC for data transfer.
