🎯 What You’ll Own (Your Superpowers)

- Drive Marketing & Growth Strategy end-to-end (CAC, LTV, ROAS, Revenue).
- Shape Brand Communication & Positioning across all channels.
- Create killer content strategies for paid ads (hooks, angles, offers).
- Own Customer Retention via WhatsApp, Email, SMS Automation, subscriptions, and loyalty programs.
- Oversee ad creatives, branding visuals, and packaging design.
- Collaborate with media buyers, designers, and content creators.
- Launch high-impact campaigns, offers, and product releases.
- Be the guardian of brand love + business growth.

🚀 What We’re Looking For

- 3–6 years of experience in D2C / eCommerce growth & marketing.
- Proven success in scaling revenue via digital channels (Meta, Google, Influencers).
- Strong grasp of analytics & performance metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, CVR).
- A creative mind that can decide ad content + brand storytelling.
- Experience with Shopify, WhatsApp Automation, CRM tools is a plus.
- Leadership skills to manage media buyers, designers & agencies.
- Most importantly: ownership mindset, treat Blubein like your own brand.
